Ah, it's that time of year again! The smell of fireplaces in the air, the warm apple cider and warm apple cider doughnuts, the overly priced tickets for the hay ride to the pumpkin patch and of course...the pumpkins. Even though I grew some smaller varieties this year, we still had to go out and find that large pumpkin. Ya know I still have the one from last year that I never got around to carving! Amazing really, and it's only now starting get mushy around the top.
Well here we are at Thistle Down with friends. It's a kind of tradition to go, but getting to be over priced. We had fun though. Zoe wandered all over looking at all the pumpkins. Lily was more interested in the mud and digging her fingers in it.

So much fun! I miss going to the pumpkin patch in Oregon. Just not the same here, but we are still looking for one like back home. Glad you had a great time and everyone looks great!
